Ibiza, learned by living it.
Twenty years of quiet work on one small island.
TALAIA began as a phone number passed between friends. A family who needed a house nobody was renting; a captain who wanted a chef at midnight; an office needing three cars and four rooms before sunrise. We said yes each time, and the number kept moving.
Today we are a small team of local specialists — Ibicencos and long-time residents — supported by a wide network of partners we have vetted, one meal, one shift, one summer at a time. We remain deliberately small so that every client is known by name, and every request lands with the person who can answer it.
We do not run a marketplace. We do not sell packages. We work by referral, on retainer or per stay, and we say no whenever a request would compromise another client's discretion. That is the only rule we do not bend.
