Prestige villas
How early should we book a summer villa?
For July and August, the finest estates go under contract between November and February. We can still find remarkable places later — but the shortlist shrinks quickly after March.
Can we visit before committing?
Yes. We host private inspection days year-round. When distance makes visits impossible, we film a walk-through with our own team on your behalf.
Do you provide staff and security?
Every villa comes fully staffed as standard. Close-protection agents, night guards and access control are arranged separately by our security desk.
Are children and pets welcome?
In most estates, yes. We pre-clear each property individually — including pool safety, allergens and pet policy — before you receive the shortlist.
