Can you get us in during peak weeks?
In most cases, yes. Our relationships with maîtres d'hôtel are personal — but even we say no to some requests. We tell you either way, immediately.
How do private chef bookings work?
We propose two or three chefs matching your style. You approve a menu; we handle shopping, staff, service and cleanup.
Do you organise sunset dinners on the water?
Yes — either onboard a private yacht or on a beach we've pre-scouted. We work only with venues that guarantee privacy.
Can you accommodate strict dietary requirements?
Every request is briefed to the kitchen before arrival. Kosher, halal, allergen-free, plant-based — routine for us.
